The Twister Dutch Fairground Organ

The Twister is a traditional Dutch built street organ with the added advantage of two fully working accordions which give the organ the ability to play dance music.

The organ was built for Willem Kelders a Dutch showman who travelled the organ extensively on the continent and was built by Theo Heesbeen, a well known Dutch organ builder from Tilburg Holland.

Twister is built to the original specification of Limonaire Freres of Paris, being a 41keyed 4 register, the organ has violin, flute, bourdon, bass, glockenspeil, bass drum, cymbal and tamborine sleigh bells which give a traditional rich and full bodied Dutch sound.
